So! RED has this cookin’ right now: A few pics and a price sheet to contemplate in your planning over the next year to buy a camera.

1st the Epic. Shown (left) as it is being produced. This thing is upgradeable to like 90 megapixels in the future but currently rolls at 120 fps at 5K and 220 fps. The whole RED thing, of course to provide WAY more than what we currently know as “High Definition” and WAY more than the “2K” resolution Spielberg and Lucas used to be content using. We’re talking 3K, 5K… up to like 24K (that’s seeing a fly’s eyes from a like half a mile out)… Anyhoo.

The Scarlet is a little less powerful, but still WALLOPS HD and 2k!

For those who want to get amazing images on the cheap, don’t forget about
